Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in a pot covered with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Transfer eggs to an ice bath for about 5 minutes to cool.
  3. Peel the cooled eggs under running water. Slice in half lengthwise and scoop out yolks into a bowl.
  4. Combine yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth.
  5. Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  6. Garnish with smoked paprika before serving.
