  • 2 large navel oranges, peeled and sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
  • 2 large ruby red grapefruits, peeled and sliced into 1/4 inch rounds

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly. Slice off both ends of each orange and grapefruit to create flat surfaces, then peel from top to bottom.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice and honey until well combined.
  4. Drizzle the honey-lemon dressing evenly over the citrus slices. Garnish with freshly torn mint leaves.
