  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (100g)
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs (100g)

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and dry the zucchini; cut it into fry-shaped sticks around half an inch thick.
  3. In one bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, drizzle olive oil over the zucchini sticks to coat.
  5. First dip each zucchini stick in olive oil, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture until fully covered.
