  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, lime juice, lime zest, sugar, and baking powder until smooth. Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
  4. Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 25-30 minutes or until set in the center.
  5. Allow to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before slicing into squares.
