  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for sautéing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  4. Add the seafood mix and cook until opaque (about 5 minutes).
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; simmer for 3 minutes.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with the seafood mixture and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  7. Transfer to the baking dish, top with remaining Parmesan cheese, and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
