  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Layer the seasoned chicken in the baking dish followed by uncooked rice; do not mix.
  4. In another bowl, whisk cream of mushroom soup with 1 cup of water until smooth. Pour over layered ingredients without stirring.
  5. Top with shredded cheese and cover loosely with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for about 60 minutes. Remove foil during the last 10 minutes to allow cheese to bubble.
