  • 4 slices ciabatta bread
  • 6 oz mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 4 oz deli turkey or ham
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers
  • 2 tbsp pesto
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Layer two slices of ciabatta with mozzarella cheese, turkey or ham, spinach, and roasted red peppers. Spread pesto on the inner sides of the other two slices and place them on top.
  3. Place paninis on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
  5. Slice diagonally and enjoy warm!
