  • 4 cups beef broth or water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare your ingredients: peel and grate the beets, chop the cabbage, and dice the onions, carrots, and potatoes.
  2. 2. In a large pot over medium heat, add a splash of oil. Sauté onions and carrots until softened (about 5 minutes).
