  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: chop vegetables, mince garlic and ginger, and have shrimp and steak ready.
  2. Cook the steak in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned (about 3 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. Sauté shrimp in the same skillet until pink (about 2 minutes). Remove from pan.
  4. Scramble the eggs in the skillet until fluffy but slightly wet.
  5. Add cooked rice, vegetables, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, steak, and shrimp to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat through (about 5 minutes).
