Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter; press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and mix until creamy. Stir in sour cream and cocoa powder. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently. Incorporate red food coloring until desired color is achieved.
  3. Fold crushed Oreos into the batter, pour half over the baked crust, place whole Oreos on top, then add remaining batter.
