  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, add shrimp, and cook until pink. Fold in crab meat and spinach.
  4. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream with Italian seasoning until slightly thickened.
  5. In the baking dish, layer sauce, noodles, ricotta cheese, seafood mixture, more sauce, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers until ingredients are used.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; uncover for the last 10 minutes to brown the top.
