Instructions

  1. Wash all produce thoroughly. Juice the lemons into a measuring cup, ensuring no seeds remain.
  2. In a blender, combine the lemon juice, chopped ginger, ground turmeric, honey (or maple syrup), and water. Blend until smooth (about one minute).
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  4. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays and freeze for about four hours or until solid.
  5. When ready to enjoy, pop out a shot from the mold and consume it straight or blend it into smoothies.
