  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tube (8 oz) Pillsbury Crescent Dough
  • Optional: sour cream for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat, then mix in taco seasoning and splash of water.
  3. Roll out the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Place 2 tbsp of beef mixture and 1 tbsp cheese at the wide end of each triangle; roll up tightly.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket and arrange taco bombs in a single layer. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving with sour cream or salsa.
