  2. In a bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Dip each apple ring in honey and coat with the oat mixture.
  4. Place the coated apple rings on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until tender.
