Instructions

  3. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave for about 15 seconds.
  4. Lay each tortilla flat and fill with seasoned beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. Drizzle ketchup and mustard on top.
  5. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in a hot skillet with oil; cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Serve with extra ketchup and mustard.
