Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 8 oz fusilli or penne pasta
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then sauté until golden brown (about 5 minutes per side). Remove from skillet and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add chopped broccoli with a splash of water, cover, and steam for about 3 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Reduce heat to low, return chicken to the skillet, and stir in buffalo sauce and heavy cream. Mix until well combined; if too thick, add reserved pasta water gradually.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together until evenly coated.
  6. Serve warm with additional buffalo sauce or grated cheese if desired.
