  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix until blended.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition. Fold in 1 cup of Fruity Pebbles.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes or until slightly jiggly in the center. Turn off the oven and let it sit for an hour inside.
  5. Cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving. Garnish with remaining Fruity Pebbles.
