Instructions

  5. Chill dough in plastic wrap for at least one hour.
  6. Roll out chilled dough to about 1/2 inch thick and cut shapes using cookie cutters.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are firm but centers remain soft. Cool on wire racks.
