  • 4 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Add Golden Grahams cereal to the butter mixture, stirring until evenly coated.
  4. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish, then sprinkle half of the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows on top.
  5. Layer with the remaining Golden Grahams mixture, followed by more chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool before cutting into squares.
