  • 1 cup mincemeat filling (about 200g)
  • 2 tbsp brandy
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick. Cut out circles to fit into a muffin tin.
  3. Place the pastry circles into the tin cups and fill each with about 1 tablespoon of mincemeat.
  4. Cut smaller circles or decorative shapes from remaining pastry for tops and place them over the filled pies.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. While baking, mix softened butter, powdered sugar, and brandy until smooth to make the brandy butter.
  7. Serve warm with dollops of brandy butter on top.
