  • 3 tbsp white miso paste
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

  • 4 cups kale or Swiss chard, chopped

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of ½ lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil until smooth.
