  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (100% pure)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. If using traditional noodles, cook according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and nutmeg until smooth.
