  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition; then stir in sour cream and vanilla extract.
  3. Warm raspberries in a saucepan over low heat until they break down into a sauce-like consistency.
  4. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, drizzle with raspberry sauce, and swirl gently. Repeat with the remaining mixture and raspberry sauce.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly. Allow to cool completely before chilling in the fridge for at least four hours.
  6. Cut into bars, sprinkle with white chocolate chips, and serve chilled.
