Reese’s Cookie Cups are an irresistible dessert combining a chewy cookie base with a creamy peanut butter center, all topped with rich chocolate.   • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Mix in the egg and vanilla.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Scoop about one tablespoon of dough into each muffin cavity and press down slightly.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown; immediately press a Reese’s Cup into each warm cookie.
  7. Allow to cool completely before removing from the pan.
