Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two round cake pans or line them with parchment paper.

  4. While cooling, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
  5. Once cooled, place one layer on a serving plate and spread half of the whipped cream on top. Stack the second layer and top with remaining cream. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
