  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet.

  5. Brush half of the cranberry glaze over the meatloaf and arrange green beans around it; drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 40–45 minutes or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of at least 160°F (70°C). Drizzle remaining glaze before serving.
