  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. In a small bowl, mix minced garlic with olive oil to create a paste. Brush this mixture over the pork chops.
  4. Place seasoned pork chops on one side of the baking sheet and add broccoli florets on the other side. Drizzle broccoli with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for about 25 minutes until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and the broccoli is tender-crisp.
  6. Five minutes before finishing, sprinkle remaining Parmesan over both the pork chops and broccoli. Return to the oven until melted.
