  • 3 tbsp Gochujang
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together Gochujang, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil until smooth.
  3. Place salmon fillets on one side of the baking sheet and brush generously with half of the Gochujang mixture.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork and snap peas are tender yet crisp.
  6. Drizzle remaining glaze over both salmon and snap peas before serving.
