  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an oven-safe dish.
  2. In a skillet, wilt the spinach over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and chop roughly.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, pepper, artichokes, mozzarella, Parmesan, and chopped spinach until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbling and golden on top.
