  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Jello by dissolving the gelatin in boiling water and mixing in cold water. Let it cool slightly.
  2. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
  3. Pour half of the cooled Jello into a rectangular glass dish and chill for about 30 minutes until set but still sticky.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the Jello layer and top with fresh berries.
  5. Pour remaining Jello over the berries and chill again until fully set.
  6. Top with remaining whipped topping and additional berries before serving.
