  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter (for sautéing)
  • ¼ cup Wondra flour (for gravy)

Instructions

  1. Pat the turkey breast dry and rub it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary.
  2. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and melt butter. Sear the turkey on both sides until golden brown (about 3 minutes per side).
  3. Pour chicken broth around the turkey (not over the top). Lock the lid and cook on high pressure for 30-35 minutes.
  4. Allow pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes before performing a quick release.
  5. Remove the turkey and set aside. Mix Wondra flour with cold water until smooth; stir this mixture into the pot while on sauté mode until thickened to create gravy.
  6. Slice the turkey and serve with generous amounts of gravy.
