  • 8 oz Wide Egg Noodles

  • ¼ cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil and sear the beef until browned on all sides (about 5 minutes). Remove from skillet.

  4. Return seared beef to the skillet; cover and simmer on low heat for about an hour until tender.
  5. Cook egg noodles separately according to package instructions until al dente (approx. 6 minutes).
  6. Stir cooked noodles into the beef mixture with peas and carrots; heat through for a few more minutes before serving.
