  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • For the Marinade: 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • For the Marinade: 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  1. 1. Marinate the Meat: In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Place the London broil in a resealable bag or bowl, pour in the marinade, seal and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight recommended).

  3. 3. Layer in the Crockpot: Place sliced onions at the bottom of the crockpot. Remove London broil from marinade (reserve marinade) and place on top of onions.
