  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
  5. While baking, combine beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer until thickened (about 5-10 minutes).
