  • 4 oz sliced turkey breast (deli or leftover)

  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your panini press or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of sourdough bread. On the unbuttered side, layer turkey, cranberry sauce, and provolone cheese. Top with the second slice of bread (buttered side facing out).
  3. Place the sandwich on the grill or panini press. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove from heat and let sit for a minute before slicing in half.
  5. Serve with extra cranberry sauce on the side for dipping.
