  • 4 tablespoons harissa paste
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (240g)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15ml)
  • 1 cup diced cucumbers (150g)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (150g)
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce (100g)
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas or flatbreads

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing harissa paste, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the chicken well and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  3. Remove from heat, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
