  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup bell peppers (orange and yellow), cut into shapes
  • 1/3 cup black olives, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cut bell peppers into jack-o'-lantern shapes.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, lightly spray with cooking spray. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half with shredded cheese.
