  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 4 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 cups water (or enough to cover ingredients)
  • 5 ounces ramen noodles
  • 4 soft-boiled eggs (for serving)
  • Sliced green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the vegetables and setting them aside.
  2. Select 'Sauté' mode on the Instant Pot. Add a splash of oil and sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant (about 2 minutes). Turn off the sauté function.
  3. Add beef bones, carrots, celery, and enough water to cover everything by about an inch.
  4. Seal the lid and set to 'Manual' for one hour on high pressure.
  5. After cooking, carefully release pressure using the quick-release method. Strain the broth through a fine mesh strainer.
  6. Return strained broth to a simmer on 'Sauté' mode. Cook ramen according to package instructions until tender.
  7. Serve hot in bowls topped with halved soft-boiled eggs and garnished with sliced green onions.
