  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

  • 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, paprika, and almond milk until smooth.
  4. Dip each floret in the batter, letting excess drip off before placing them on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter with buffalo sauce. Toss baked cauliflower in the sauce until evenly coated.
