Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the pita bread into triangles, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and bake for about 10 minutes, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • While the chips are baking, wash and chop the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and black olives into bite-sized pieces. Combine all these fresh ingredients with crumbled feta cheese in a mixing bowl.
  • In another bowl, mix the tzatziki sauce with dried oregano. Taste and adjust the garlic levels according to your preference.
  • Once the pita chips are nicely baked, layer them on a serving platter. Spoon the tomato-cucumber mixture generously over the top.
  • Drizzle the tzatziki sauce over the assembled nachos. Optionally, add more feta and olives as garnish.
