How to Make Oven Baked Cod Fillets

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lightly drizzle olive oil in a baking dish and arrange the cod fillets in a single layer.
  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, and minced garlic over the fillets. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and lemon juice.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes until opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle chopped parsley on top. Serve with lemon wedges.
