How to Make Irish Soda Bread

  • Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead gently for about 1 minute.
  • Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Score a deep cross on top of the loaf using a sharp knife.
