How to Make 2-Ingredient Greek Candy

  • Line a small sheet pan with parchment paper and brush it with olive oil.
  • In a nonstick pan, toast the sesame seeds over medium heat, stirring for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Transfer to a plate to cool.
  • Place the pan back on medium heat and pour in the honey, stirring gently until it bubbles and reaches about 250°F, for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the cooled, toasted sesame seeds into the bubbling honey mix and stir continuously for about 5 minutes until well combined.
  • Quickly pour the mixture onto the prepared pan and spread it evenly using parchment paper or a rolling pin.
  • Let the candy cool for approximately 20 minutes, then slice into bars or squares.
