How to Make Cheesy Pull Apart Bread

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking.
  • Using a sharp knife, make deep cuts in the crusty loaf without cutting all the way through.
  • In a small bowl, mix the softened unsalted butter, minced garlic, salt, and chopped fresh parsley until well combined.
  • Generously spread your garlic mixture in between the sliced sections of the bread.
  • Pack the shredded mozzarella cheese into each cut of bread thoroughly.
  • Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Then unwrap it and bake for 5 more minutes until the top is golden.
