  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Use freshly grated for best flavor.

For Garnish

Cooking Instructions

  • Prep Ingredients: Slice steak into strips and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary. Mince garlic.
  • Cook Pasta: Boil salted water, cook fettuccine until just below al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  • Sear Steak: Heat olive oil in skillet, sear steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned, then remove and let rest.
  • Make Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
