Ingredients
  

For the Crepes

  • 2 large Eggs room temperature
  • 1 cup Nutella

For the Filling

  • 2 medium Bananas sliced
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk optional
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar optional

Preparation

  • In a bowl, whisk together room temperature eggs until frothy, about 1 minute. For extra fluffiness, add a teaspoon of vinegar.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour a small amount of the batter into the pan, tilting it to evenly coat the base. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is lightly browned, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
  • Spread a generous layer of Nutella on each crepe and top with banana slices. Fold or roll each crepe and serve while warm.
  • Optional: Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with maple syrup for an extra treat.

Notes

Store crepes in an airtight container layered with parchment paper for up to 2 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to 2 months.
