Ingredients
  

For the Noodles

  • 8 oz Spaghetti can substitute with udon or ramen

For the Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp Butter use plant-based butter for vegan option
  • 2 Tbsp Gochujang Paste adjust for heat preference
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar apple cider vinegar can be used
  • 1 Tbsp Agave Syrup can substitute with honey or maple syrup

For Garnishing

  • 2 Tbsp Scallions can substitute with chives
  • 2 Tbsp Cilantro can substitute with parsley

Cooking Instructions

  • Boil a large pot of salted water, add spaghetti, and cook until al dente (8-10 minutes). Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  • In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Stir in gochujang, rice vinegar, and agave syrup, letting it simmer for another minute.
  • Return drained noodles to the pot, pour in the sauce and an additional tablespoon of butter. Toss gently and add reserved pasta water gradually until desired consistency is reached.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, garnish with scallions and cilantro, and serve immediately.

Notes

For added crunch, sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
