How to Make Baked Brie Cranberry Bites

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease the mini muffin tin.
  • Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut it into 12 equal squares, pressing them into each muffin cup.
  • Place a cube of brie cheese into each pastry shell.
  • Spoon half a teaspoon of cranberry sauce over each brie cube.
  • Sprinkle candied pecans on top if desired.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until the pastry is golden and the brie is bubbly.
