Instructions

How to Make Taco Spaghetti

  • In a large skillet, sauté minced garlic, chopped onion, and ground beef over medium heat until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  • Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and water until well combined.
  • Gently add uncooked spaghetti, making sure it’s submerged in the liquid. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the spaghetti is tender.
  • Remove the lid and let the dish cook for a few more minutes to reduce any excess liquid.
  • Remove from heat, stir in shredded cheddar cheese, cover again to let it melt, then sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Optional: Top with additional cheese or sliced jalapeños for an extra kick. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
