How to Make BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders

  • Place the pork shoulder in your slow cooker, generously seasoning it with your favorite spices. Pour BBQ sauce over the pork, ensuring it's well-coated. Cook on low for about 8 hours or use a pressure cooker for a quicker 1 hour until the meat is beautifully tender.
  • As soon as the pork has finished cooking, use tongs or forks to shred the meat while it's still warm, mixing it with the remaining BBQ sauce for extra flavor.
  • If you're making homemade Hawaiian rolls, follow your recipe to achieve fluffy, soft buns that will perfectly complement your pulled pork.
  • Take the bottom half of each Hawaiian roll and generously pile on the shredded pulled pork. Top with the other half of the roll and serve warm. Feel free to offer extra BBQ sauce on the side for dipping!

Notes

Cook the pulled pork a day beforehand for better flavor. Assemble sliders just before serving to keep rolls from getting soggy.
